Yin Yoga for the Community
Come to your mat for a very special yin yoga practice that gives back to the community. This 60 minute class is donation-based to support our local food pantry - Solidarity Sandy Springs. The project that they are currently working on is to raise funds to fill 1000 backpacks with school supplies so that the children they serve can start the upcoming school year off on the right foot.
The suggested donation is $10. A generous donor has offered to match all donations for this class, so help spread the news about this class. The more the merrier!

Come join in a yin style practice of a long pose holds. I will be covering for the lovely Mila Burgess during the regular Monday lunchtime slot at Lifetime Sandy Springs.

Yin Yoga - A Mini Outdoor Retreat
A yoga & meditation mini-retreat will be held at Dunwoody Nature Center to allow you to escape for an evening away from the busyness of every day life.
The setting will bring you fresh air, gorgeous scenery and a chance to just be, helping to facilitate the self-care that we all need.
The mini-retreat will include:

A full yin yoga practice
A short meditation practice
A special take home gift to help you practice self-care
Dunwoody Nature Center is located at 5343 Roberts Dr, Dunwoody, GA 30338. The venue is indoor/outdoor is covid-friendly. Mat setup will be properly socially distanced, to all of for maximum safety and comfort.

On the morning of Saturday 12/12, we will head to our mystery destination in our minds, thru a practice of restorative yoga and visualization. Simple props are needed for the practice, but no need to worry. The props are all items you have around your home- pillows, blankets, towels, etc.
This virtual getaway includes activities that you can enjoy on your own outside of our mental trip together to help you feel like you are truly at our getaway destination.

This care session will encompass a gentle yoga flow, followed by yin yoga poses to help release deep within your body.
